Activation Guide

  • Device-Locked: After scanning the eSIM QR code, it will be linked to that device only and cannot be reused on another device.
  • Activation Status: After installation, the status may show “Activating” — don’t worry.
    It will automatically activate once you arrive and connect to the local network.
  • Do Not Delete Your Plan: Once deleted, the eSIM cannot be reinstalled.
    Please make sure not to remove it from your phone settings.
  • Install Before Departure: We recommend installing the eSIM before leaving your country.
    When you arrive, simply turn “eSIM ON” to start using data.

Validity & Usage

  • Start Date: The eSIM begins counting from the moment you first connect to the local carrier at your destination. Usage is calculated in 24-hour periods (1 day = 24 hours).
  • Validity: The eSIM is valid for 30 days from the purchase date. Please activate and use it within that period. Validity cannot be extended.

Data & Fair Usage

  • The carrier applies a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) to ensure stable network service.
  • In cases of unusually high or commercial data use, speed may be temporarily reduced or data access suspended.

Network Conditions

  • Actual connection speed may vary depending on local coverage and network congestion.
  • Some phones may connect via 3G or 2G if not fully compatible with local LTE bands.
  • These are related to local environment and device compatibility, and are not considered product defects.

Refund Policy

  • A full refund or exchange (100%) is available if:- The eSIM has not been activated or used, or- Due to local network issues, data usage is below 100MB.
  • Once the eSIM is activated and works normally, refunds are not available.
